Mental Health Awareness


This week is Mental Health Awareness week.

I have and do suffer from a mental health issue. What I want to know is;

  1. What do you want to say to people without a mental health issue?
  2. What helps you feel better?
  3. What is the most helpful thing someone has said to you?

For me I would like to say please be paitent it can be very stressful for me to explain what is going on.

Music helps me to feel better.

By talking to them I am not wasting their time.
