Yesterday I went on a mental health communication course. It was a brilliant day and I learnt a lot.
One of the main points mentioned is it is ea spectrum it is not always black and white. This is important because some days a task can be done quickly whilst other days a simple task can take double the amount of energy it should. On these days take baby steps and don’t pressurise yourself as this makes you feel worse.
